Gillian supports women in navigating, transitioning, and progressing through life change. Her variety of skills and experience in kinesiology, meditation teaching, projects, and information management enable her to effectively organise the practical aspects of change as well as compassionately guide and support someone through the emotions and stress that come with any life change.

Gillian brings these skills into her courses and workshops to help you reflect, learn and take action so you can discover, lean into and move towards the direction you want to take.
